Trust & control

Built so nothing happens without you.

Most “AI for recruitment” asks you to trust a black box with your relationships. Recruita is built the opposite way: the intelligence adapts, but the safety rails are fixed: hard rules the AI cannot override, no matter what it thinks.

The rails

Structural, not settings
01

Every message is a draft you approve

There is no auto-send in Recruita. Not a setting you can get wrong. It doesn't exist. Every email to a client or candidate is prepared, shown to you, and sent only when you tap Send. The product tells you so on every screen: “Nothing has been sent yet — this is the approval step.”

02

Anonymous until you reveal

Your clients see profiles: the experience, the fit, the score's reasoning, not the name. A candidate's identity crosses to a client only when you deliberately reveal it, and the moment is recorded. Presentation stays your craft; the reveal stays your call.

03

Consent before contact

If a client asks to deal with your candidate directly, Recruita doesn't send details. It asks your candidate first. A recorded yes shares their contact details. A no keeps you coordinating, gracefully. Nothing about your candidate crosses a line they haven't agreed to.

04

Your mailbox, your name

Recruita connects to your own Microsoft 365 account with secure sign-in. Every email genuinely comes from you: your address, your signature, your deliverability, your relationships. There is no “sent via platform” between you and your contacts.

05

When it isn't sure, it asks

An ambiguous reply, a message it can't confidently match to the right candidate, a “yes” that might be a “maybe”: Recruita surfaces it to you rather than guessing. Confidently doing the wrong thing is the one thing it's built never to do.

06

Salary stays out of the room

What a candidate tells you about money and logistics never appears in anything a client can see. That leverage is yours.

The shape of it

Adaptive intelligence inside hard safety rails.

The reasoning is free to be clever. The rails aren't. Who a message goes to, whether a name may cross to a client, whether consent has been recorded: those are resolved by the system, deterministically, not judged by the AI.

Your data

Your candidates, clients and history are yours. Candidate information moves only with consent; client-facing content is filtered by hard rules, not judgement. Questions about how we store and process data? Ask us directly. We'd rather have the conversation than hide behind a badge.

Recruita is in private pilot. We make no certification claims, because we have none to make yet. What we can tell you is exactly how the product behaves, which is what this page is for.
