Where we are
September 2026Recruita is a working product: the full interview-scheduling lifecycle, from anonymous presentation to a booked Teams interview, runs end to end today, with every send approved by the recruiter. We're now piloting with a small number of UK agencies, one desk at a time.
Who's behind it
Recruita started with a rejection.
In his second year of university, Jonathan Kay was hunting for an internship and cold-emailed a string of boutique investment firms. One reply turned into a call with the CEO. The role wasn’t a fit, but the advice stuck: go and build useful skills. Learn to code.
So he did. He taught himself to build software with AI, and Recruita grew out of what he learned. The idea is simple: take the admin out of recruitment, without taking out the human relationships that make it work.
